Are you an ambitious lettings professional with a proven track record of winning instructions, driving revenue and leading high-performing teams? This is an exciting opportunity to take the lead of our lettings department in Surrey Quays and make a real impact on the business.

We’re looking for a commercially minded, results-driven Lettings Manager who knows how to turn opportunities into instructions, build lasting landlord relationships and motivate a team to deliver exceptional results.

What you'll be doing

• Lead from the front: Inspire, coach and develop your team to achieve ambitious targets and deliver outstanding results.
• Drive new business: Proactively win landlord instructions, generate leads and identify opportunities to grow the lettings portfolio.
• Maximise performance: Set clear objectives, monitor KPIs and convert business opportunities into revenue.
• Grow market share: Build a strong local presence, understand competitor activity and implement strategies that put us ahead of the competition.
• Build relationships: Develop a network of local contacts and strengthen relationships with landlords, applicants and key stakeholders.
• Own the numbers: Monitor branch performance, revenue and expenditure to achieve budget and profitability targets.
• Deliver exceptional service: Take ownership of escalated complaints and ensure high standards of customer care and compliance.
• Run an efficient operation: Ensure branch systems, processes and procedures meet company standards and relevant legislation.

What we're looking for

• 5–8 years' estate agency experience, including at least 2–3 years in a management role.
• A proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets and KPIs.
• A natural business winner who thrives on generating new instructions and building a strong landlord portfolio.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to coach, motivate and get the best out of a team.
• Excellent knowledge of the local property market, ideally in and around Surrey Quays.
• An established network of local business contacts and the confidence to develop new ones.
• A strong market appraisal conversion rate and a commercial mindset.
• The drive, energy and ambition to make a real difference.
